Patient Questions
Do I need health insurance to receive treatment?
No, we accept Letters of Protection (LOPs), so you can receive care without paying upfront or using your health insurance.
What is a Letter of Protection (LOP)?
An LOP is a legal agreement between your attorney and our clinic, allowing you to receive care now and pay once your case settles.
How soon after my accident should I come in for treatment?
Ideally, you should be seen as soon as possible—even if you don’t feel immediate pain. Some symptoms may appear days later.
What types of injuries do you treat?
We treat neck and back pain, whiplash, headaches, shoulder and knee pain, wrist and ankle injuries, and more.
Will I see a medical doctor?
Yes. Our clinic is staffed with licensed medical doctors who specialize in accident-related injuries and pain management.
Can you help if I already have an attorney?
Absolutely. We work directly with your attorney to coordinate care, billing, and all necessary documentation.
How long will my treatment last?
That depends on your injury. We’ll create a personalized treatment plan based on your condition and recovery goals.
What if I don’t have an attorney yet?
We can still see you, and if needed, refer you to a trusted personal injury attorney.
Do you provide documentation for legal cases?
Yes. We offer thorough documentation, including medical reports, progress notes, and billing records for your case.
Is there any cost to me upfront?
No upfront costs with an LOP—we focus on your recovery, not your wallet.
Attorney Questions

How quickly can you see my client after a referral?
We offer same-day or next-day appointments to ensure timely care and documentation for your client’s injury claim.
What types of medical providers are on your team?
Our clinic is staffed by licensed medical doctors, along with specialists in physical therapy, pain management, and diagnostics.
Do you provide detailed medical documentation for injury cases?
Yes. We provide comprehensive records, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, diagnostic findings, progress notes, and final reports.
Can you assist with expert medical opinions or testimony?
Yes. Our medical doctors can provide expert opinions, written narratives, and, if needed, deposition or court testimony.
Do you communicate directly with our law firm during the case?
Absolutely. We maintain open, ongoing communication and provide updates to keep your team informed of the client’s progress.
How do you handle billing under an LOP?
We delay billing until settlement and coordinate all billing documentation with your firm to streamline the process.
Do you require pre-approval for certain services?
We may consult with your firm on higher-cost procedures to ensure alignment with case strategy, but we never delay essential care.
Can you handle multi-location or out-of-state cases?
Yes. We’re equipped to support clients across multiple locations and can coordinate care when needed.
Do you refer clients to attorneys if they don't have one?
Yes. When appropriate, we refer clients to trusted personal injury attorneys who align with our patient-first values.
